​Over the years, NRCDC has partnered with numerous organizations to create and maintain wholesome, safe, and beautiful communities for the citizens of Craven County.  In 1998 NRCDC partnered with the City of New Bern, North Carolina Housing and Finance Agency, and CAHEC to rehabilitate Green Park Terrace Apartments into Autumn Chase Apartments, a thirty-four unit complex to provide quality, affordable housing for New Bern’s senior citizens.  Autumn Chase continues to be owned and operated by NRCDC.
