Application July 23-29, 2017

​In order to qualify, please return this pre-application to City of New Bern no later than February 15, 2017.
Eligibility Requirements:
  • Own and live in their home
  • Be physically or financially unable to complete the work
  • Homes selected must be located within New Bern City limits
  • The home must be in NEED of repair to improve its appearance
  • If your home is selected someone from your household or an authorized representative must be present while work is being done.
