• Provide lower income residents with safe, affordable home ownership and rental opportunities.
• Provide credit counseling/management assistance to lower income residents designed to qualify them for home ownership opportunities.
• Recognize and support both home ownership and rental housing developing that meets the housing needs of New Bern/Craven County.
• Acquire, management, and dispose of real property (land and structures) in support of our mission statement.
• Collaborate with other charities and service organizations as partners on projects that parallel NRCDC's mission.
